TRX
Well to shake up the workout routine I tried a TRX class last night. TRX is a workout where you use support cables and your own body weight to do a variety of cross training/strength training moves. I loved it! I took the class at my local rec center rather than going to a TRX-only gym. I found it a lot less intimidating. I highly suggest giving it a try. You can adjust each move based on your current fitness level and I feel like I got a really good variety of movements. I even did a 15 minute jog beforehand. It's crunch time! The cruise is around the corner...
